Can anyone live through life without sinning?
Yes, someone did: the Virgin Mary. Though she was blessed with the singular grace of being conceived without sin. She was not susceptible to sin as we are and led her life in perfect union with God.
However, for us: it is possible to live without committing a mortal sin, however, if you mean sin as including even venial and minor imperfections, then i’d say it is not possible. Do not get me wrong, it is possible for you to live without mortal sins, and this is what God wants from us and has given us the means to achieve this: through the Sacraments. It is very difficult to achieve this, but by becoming conscious of minor faults, confessing and mourning them, we become far away from bigger sins. Though you are not required to confess venial sins, you are exhorted by the Church to because this is very helpful.
Once we get to heaven, we will have perfect freedom to serve God in perfection. However, while we are on earth, we make mistakes, we sin, we arise and repent. We keep struggling, not only to avoid sin, but to do good; to choose God in every decision we make.
